NYCM PREORDER PROCESS

How Our Preorder System Works

At Now You C Me (NYCM), many of our collections are released as limited-edition preorders. This allows us to produce only what our customers order while maintaining premium quality, reducing waste, and offering exclusive releases.

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Our preorder window is open for 14 days.

Example:

* Preorders Open: August 1
* Preorders Close: August 14 (11:59 PM EST)

Orders placed during this window will be included in that production run.

Step 2 – Production Begins

On August 15, all paid preorder orders are submitted to our manufacturing partner.

Production and delivery to our warehouse typically takes approximately 21 days.

Step 3 – Quality Inspection & Packaging

Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we take 1–2 business days to:

* Inspect every item for quality
* Organize inventory
* Package your order
* Print shipping labels

Step 4 – Your Order Ships

After packaging is complete, your order ships directly to you.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Orders Placed After the Preorder Window

Orders placed after a preorder window closes are automatically moved into the next production cycle.

Order placed on August 15

Your order will be included in the next preorder cycle:

* Preorder Window: August 15–28
* Production Begins: August 29
* Estimated Delivery: Late September

This preorder cycle repeats every 14 days throughout the year for eligible products.
